Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable

  • Installation and setup charges are non-refundable

  • Refund may be considered only if:

    • Service cannot be provided due to technical infeasibility

    • Approved by management

Equipment Return

  • Customer must return ISP-provided equipment upon service cancellation

  • Equipment must be in good working condition

  • Damaged or missing equipment will be charged

Adjustment Policy (Optional – Professional Touch)

  • In case of extended service outage, billing adjustment may be provided

  • Decision rests with ISP management
